-You MUST first create an ATI account through the www.atitesting.com website.
-You must remember your ATI username and password for the day of the exam.
-This is a computer based test.
-TEAS is a requirement for students applying to the upper division of The Capstone College of Nursing.
-The exam is offered several times during the Nursing School’s application period.
-The exam can only be taken twice during an academic year.
-In addition to creating an ATI account, one MUST register and pay for the exam.
-The $91.00 fee must be paid online at the time of registration.
-THE FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE! A refund may ONLY be issued if UA closes operations on your test date.
-A valid ID is required – it must be your UA Action Card or current driver’s license. The name must match the name used on registration form.
-Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the test time to allow for timely check-in.
-Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Once a session is full, that session will be closed for registration.
