NEW PROCESS FOR PURCHASING SCANTRON PACKETS:
We no longer accept paper copies of DTA’s, everything is completed using Docusign. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and our staff will send you a link with instructions for Docusign. Once you complete the docusign you will receive an email with the completed document. You will then bring your completed document (with all signatures) to the Office of Testing Services and an associate will provide you with your packets of scantrons.
