What is the Uniform CPA Examination?
A computer-based test comprised of four sections:
- Auditing and Attestation (AUD)
- Business Environment and Concepts (BEC)
- Financial Accounting and Reporting (FAR)
- Regulation (REG)
Step 1: Apply to take the exam

Step 2: Receive your Notice to Schedule (NTS)
- Once your application has been processed and you are deemed eligible, you will receive your NTS.
Step 3: Schedule your exam (Choose one)
- Option 1: Schedule your exam online.
- Option 2: Schedule by phone. Call the Prometric Candidate Services Call Center at 800-580-9648.
*You must bring your Notice to Schedule (NTS) with you on your test day!
