Testing Services provides faculty evaluation services for the individual colleges at The University of Alabama. Colleges who use the University Wide Opinion form have access to their evaluations via myBama. Faculty, Department Chairs, and Deans should click on the Academics tab, then click on "Faculty Evaluations" in the Testing Services channel (box). Staff members should continue to access their department's evaluations through the repository until all University employees have CWIDs. Please note that although we scan non-UWide evaluation forms for some colleges, their statistical data is not available on the web.

At the end of each spring, fall, and summer, evaluations must be returned to Testing Services in a group by college within 3 weeks in order to be included in aggregate statistical data for that term. For specific details about procedures, call 348-6760.
